You will be presented with a series of statements which relate to managing and operating a successful business. There are four responses to each statement which range from not true at all to completely true. You will need to consider each statement carefully and then decide what your honest response is.  Take your time.  You can stop and save your results so far, and then start again later.

Each statement is scored by number and by colour. A score of 0 is colour coded red to show this is an area which needs to be addressed. A score of 3 is colour coded green to show an area which doesn’t currently need to be addressed.  Your results appear in sections relating to the operation of your business, which is also colour coded so that you can see where assistance might be required.

Once you have your results report you can see which areas of your business might need some help.
